Letter Mittie Barnes Billings, KerrVille TX Apr 22 1974 Dear Mr Womack, So sorry I've been so long answering your request-but my brother has been ill and passed away Easter afternoon. I have no records pertaining to the Womack family - My grandfathers Bible was burned when his son's house burned. He was Nan's grandmother too. I'm sure the records had been written in it. He had a brother named Steve who has a granddaughter in Little Rock - a Miss Jessica Womack - she, too, is interested in genealogy. Her phone could be listed in her sister's name - a Mrs Pink Bodeman in Pulaski Heights(Little Rock AR). Then Grandpa had a brother,or cousin, that moved to Ennis TX - he was called "Poley." My grandfathers' name was John Thomas (Womack), his wife was Nancy Elizabeth (or Liza) nee Harrison. They are buried in the Antioch Church Yard. I can't think of one more thing other than they came from Tennessee. My mother's Bible contains no family records.
