Generation No. 1

1.  JAMES1 MCDANIEL was born Abt. 1825 in AR, and died Bef. 1853 in AR.  He married 
PERNECIA STEVENS/STEPHENS, daughter of REUBEN/RUBIN STEVENS/STEPHENS and PHEBA //.  
She was born Abt. 1824 in AR, and died Bef. 1860 in AR.

Notes for JAMES MCDANIEL:
On another census later on, his son James indicates his father was bornin KY.
However, the 1850 AR census does indicate AR and I have used that as it is
the only proof.  Accordingly, the census also indicates his age at 25.

In 1853, Reubin Stephens was the administrator of his estate. Was valued at less 
than $300 and was given to widow who was unnamed.

Notes for PERNECIA STEVENS/STEPHENS:
1850 AR Census, White co AR, gives her age as 26, and her name as
Pernecia.  Previously, we had used Donesa which is close. Naturally,
the Census is the ONLY thing we have her name on at present.
Since she is not on the 1860 census, unless remarried, can only guess
that she is deceased - We do know that Henry and James were raised
somewhat by a Sam Lowry--Eliza have no idea what happened to her.

2.  JAMES JACKSON2 MCDANIEL (JAMES1) was born Nov 07, 1847 in AR, and died Apr 23, 1921 
in White Co AR.  He married MATTIE ELLEN ARNOLD. She was born Sep 26, 1867 in AR, and 
died Mar 26, 1916 in AR. She was his second wife, his first was an Ann Robbins.

	i.	KATIE JEWEL3 MCDANIEL, b. Aug 13, 1894, White Co AR; d. Aug 02, 1991, 
			Judsonia, White Co, AR;

			Searcy Co AR; d. Jul 30, 1971, Judsonia, White Co, AR.
